GLASS: COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ OUNCE HORNITOS PLATA TEQUILLA

  • ½ OUNCE SIMPLE SYRUP

  • ¾ OUNCE YELLOW CHARTREUSE

  • 1 OUNCE LIME JUICE

  • 6 MINT LEAVES

  • 2 CUCUMBER SLICES

  • PINCH OF SALT

GARNISH: MINT LEAF AND CUCUMBER SPEAR

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • MUDDLE CUCUMBER AND MINT IN A SHAKER

  • ADD SALT, SIMPLE, TEQUILLA AND CHARTREUSE

  • SHAKE WELL AND FINE STRAIN INTO A COCKTAIL GLASS

  • GARNISH WITH CUCUMBER SPEAR AND MINT LEAF


THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT

GLASS: DOUBLE OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 OUNCE BEEFEATER GIN

  • ¾ OUNCE “RASPBERRY CRUSH” SIMPLE SYRUP

  • ½ OUNCE LEMON JUICE

GARNISH: ROLLED AND SPEARED LEMON PEEL

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • ADD SIMPLE AND GIN TO SHAKER, ADD ICE AND SHAKE VIGIROUSLY

  • POUR OVER LARGE ICE CUBE AND GARNISH.

  • SLOWLY POUR LEMON DIRECTLY OVER ICE, AND TRANSPORT CAREFULLY TO CUSTOMER

  • BRING ATTENTION TO CUTOMER, THEN USE GARNISH TO SPIN CUBE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMER AND WATCH COLOR CHANGE


SOUTHERN SCANDAL

GLASS: PILSNER GLASS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ OUNCE BULLEIT BOURBON

  • 1 OUNCE LEMON JUICE

  • 1 OUNCE STRAWBERRY SIMPLE

  • 2 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS

  • 1 FRESH STRAWBERRY

  • 4 BASIL LEAVES

GARNISH: SPRIG OF BASIL

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • MUDDLE BASIL AND STRAWBERRY IN SHAKER AND ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS

  • ADD ENOUGH ICE TO FILL GLASS AND SHAKE

  • POUR ENTIRE CONTENTS INTO PILSNER GLASS AND ADD SODA TO FILL

  • GARNISH WITH A FRESH STRAWBERRY (WHEN AVAILABLE), A SPRIG OF BASIL AND A LEMON WHEEL (SUBMERGED)

 

AVENTURA

GLASS: DOUBLE OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ BOZAL ENSEMBLE MEZCAL

  • ¾ OUNCE GRAN MARNIER

  • ¼ OUNCE ST. GERMAIN

  • ¾ OUNCE LIME JUICE

  • ¾ OUNCE LEMON JUICE

  • ¾ OUNCE RASPBERRY SYRUP

  • 2 FRESH RASPBERRIES

GARNISH: MINT SPRIG

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • MUDDLE RASPBERRY AND ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN SHAKER

  • SHAKE VIGOROUSLY AND FINE STRAIN INTO A DOUBLE OLD FASHIONED OVER A LARGE ICE CUBE

  • GARNISH WITH A SPRIG OF MINT AND SERVE

GLASS: DOUBLE OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ OUNCES BOZAL ENSEMBLE TEQUILLA

  • 1 OUNCE HABANERO/ALEPPO SMIPLE

  • 2 OUNCE GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

  • ½ OUNCE LIME JUICE

  • 3 CUBES RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT

GARNISH: GRAPEFRUIT WHEEL, ALEPPO SALT

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • RIM GLASS WITH ALEPPO SALT AND SET ASIDE

  • MUDDLE GRAPEFRUIT PIECES IN SHAKER

  • ADD GRAPEFRUIT JUICE, LIME, HABANERO SIMPLE AND MEZCAL

  • ADD ENOUGH ICE TO FILL GLASS AND SHAKE.

  • POUR CONTENTS INTO PREPARED GLASS AND GARNISH WITH GRAPEFRUIT WHEEL


PEACH CRUSH

GLASS: HIGHBALL GLASS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ OUNCE BEEFEATER GIN

  • 1 OUNCE CONTRATTO BLANCO

  • ½ OUNCE SIMPLE SYRUP

  • ½ OUNCE PEACH LIQUERE

  • ¾ OUNCE LEMON JUICE

  • 3 SLICES FRESH PEACH

  • 4 BASIL LEAVES

GARNISH: BASIL SPRIG

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • MUDDLE FRESH PEACH AND BASIL IN SHAKER

  • ADD GIN, CONTRATTO, LEMON JUICE AND SIMPLE AND SHAKE OVER ENOUGH ICE TO FILL GLASS

  • EMPTY CONTENTS ENTIRELY INTO COLLING GLASS AND TOP WITH SODA

  • GARNISH WITH SPRIG OF BASIL AND SERVE
